Jerry Locati, a native Montanan and firm Principal, formed Locati Architects in 1989.  Since its inception, the company has experienced tremendous growth in both staff and clientele.  With additional partners Kyle Tage, Steve Locati, Greg Dennee and a team of over thirty energetic professionals and seasoned construction administrators, we are confident in our abilities to provide the best suited design team to each new challenge.  Regionally recognized in custom residential, multi-family, commercial and resort architecture, Locati Architects has been honored with four consecutive Best-in-American-Living Awards, three Gold Nugget Awards for Best Custom Homes and the 2006 Home-of-the-Year in Mountain Living Magazine. 

With a dedication to remain on the leading edge of technology and structure sustainability, we are continually educating our staff on environmental practices and the direct link between the design intent and detailed construction document process.  Through comprehensive design development, we minimize the resources and time required during construction, ultimately avoiding improvised field decisions that can result in delays and use of additional reserves.  We place a strong emphasis on projects under construction and believe that our presence on the jobsite throughout the construction phase insures the full potential of the vision is realized.
