Mejo Okon Studio is located in the heart of West Texas. And if one doesn't know it, there are two Texases... Texas and West Texas! West Texas is on the edge of the Chihuahuan Desert. Everything is hot and dry out here. The sun bleaches everything, still Okon, a self described colorist, finds the rich intense colors in the animals, cowboys and landscape.
