Born in 1956 in Velbuena de Duero, Valladolid, Spain. He studied at the Escuela de Arte y Oficio of Valladolid from 1972 to 1975. Sinovas then moved to Barcelona in 1977 where he studied at the Tarraga Academy and became a part of various artistic guilds including ARUISALIA as well as others. His work can be found in private collections in Australia, France, Italy, Spain, and the United States.
