Chavez Bronzeworks
My bronze sculptures are created through a process of research, dicovery and my own connection with each subject. Each subject projects movement while retaining simple lines.
I spend days and sometimes months creating an image in clay. Composing a sculpture is exciting and challenging, creating my vision in clay takes time and patience.
My patinas are rich tones from nature that resemble polished stone.
My inspiration comes through my love for wildlife, nature and sensitivity to the environment. I strongly believe in respecting the environment, preserving habitat and keeping wild places wild for future generations.
